A little prep goes a long way
Brows
- Arrive with clean, bare brows - no makeup, gel, or product on the area.
- Pause any retinol, retinoids, and exfoliating acids near the brows (forehead area) for 5-7 days prior.
- Any face cleansers that promote acne need to be avoided at least one week prior to appt. (ex: panoxyl)
- Avoid any facial treatments: botox, filler, facials etc at least one week prior to your appointment.
- Mention use of any new oral or topical medication.
- Bring any inspiration photos you love.
Lashes
- Come with clean, bare lashes - no mascara or eye makeup. If you come with makeup on your lashes this can affect your results.
- Avoid waterproof mascara. Your lashes are in a fragile state and waterproof mascara is difficult to properly remove.
- Skip the lash curler the day of your appointment.
- Go easy on caffeine so your eyes and body stay relaxed.
- Please remove contacts prior to service, bring your contact case if needed or wear glasses.
Skin
- Pause retinol and strong actives (AHA/BHA) for 5-7 days prior.
- Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or waxing the area beforehand.
- Arrive with clean skin, makeup-free if possible.
- Tell us about any new medications or sensitivities.
Booking Rules
Payments
We accept cash, card, or the card on file. A non-refundable deposit is required to book; deposit amounts vary by service, and your remaining balance is due at your appointment. All deposits go toward your appointment.
Scheduling
We require a card on file to schedule an appointment. We work by appointments only. If you don't see a spot available please add yourself to our waitlist and our appointment scheduler will be in contact within 24 business hours.
For same day appointments, please call the salon at (720) 212-4248.
Late Policy
We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment. Due to limited availability you may not secure another appointment until the following month.
As hard it is for me to turn you away, it also is my responsibility the salon runs on a smooth schedule. Please try to arrive 10 mins early to avoid any confusion about parking and our front entrance location.
Cancellations & No-Shows
No-shows are charged 100% of the booked service total. If the card on file declines, you will not be able to book again until the outstanding balance is paid.
You may cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the remaining balance owed.
Appointments
You must add/ remove the services you booked 48 hours in advance. Deposits are allocated per each service booked. If you cancel late in advance you will have to pay for the remaining balance owed. You are blocking a certain amount of time when booking.
Location
Apple maps will send you to the back of the building. The front door has "main entrance" written on it. We are located on the second floor. When you arrive to your appointment, please feel free to walk in and take a seat in our waiting area. Your artist will be with you shortly!
